As if all of that were not enough, Dave keeps a busy schedule performing in and around NY with both fellow veterans and rising young hotshots: The Jones Factor; Chick Singer Night; Susan D.; Bill Harris and Saxual Harrisment; Kelly Mittleman; Paul Peress; Babi Floyd; Beledo; Burr Johnson; Bartosz Hadala and a raft of other great musicians in numerous genres.

Somehow in the midst of all that Dave's own projects manage to see the light of day: The Dave Anderson Group, and the DAG Special Projects Unit – of which the long running improvisational duo "Q&A" with Rick Quaintanal is the chief effort. Additionally, Dave has composed and recorded original music for Theatreworks New Milford for several of their productions: The Laramie Project; The Elephant Man; and Dog Sees God. He owns and manages Flying Squirrel Studio, where he has engineered and played on over a dozen recording projects for various jazz/improvisational artists.

Outside of music, Dave's interests include motorcycling, scuba diving, brewing beer, reading, fixing things, running, and most of all, his wonderful wife, artist and teacher Paula Digati Anderson.
